After years of planning I approached several suppliers for quotes for a 21 x 9 x 3.6 man-cave. I wanted a very high quality, totally managed build. Total Span Ballarat were extremely polite, interested and helpful in putting together the spec's for the quote. The pricing was quite competitive, but I was also won over by the engineering and construction detail. They were able to recommend people to handle every necessary aspect - planning, site cut, concreting etc, all of whom went out of their way to make sure of a good result. The franchise owners are registered builders and the kit was erected in just over 3 days - the team were very slick and went to great lengths to ensure the finished product was faultless. The building inspectors even commented on how impressive the finished item is! If you are looking to build a high quality shed or garage, I suggest you do as much homework as you can, shop around, then compare that to what these guys offer. They are pretty hard to beat!

Everyone came when they promised & cleaned up the site when they completed their task. Lots of horror stories around the area regarding shed builds & delays which caused us to procrastinate but we are really happy with the complete process & dealings with your company. I have 2 friends in Pomonal that still have their shed kits sitting under plastic that placed orders before us & their projects have barely started for various reasons. They can't believe that ours is complete & ready to go. :-).
